Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We aim to ship orders that are in stock within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number.

We promise to keep you updated if an product is temporarily unavailable, and/or if there has been a delay in production. All of our products are handcrafted, therefore, there can sometimes be a delay in restocking of our bestsellers.

If your desired product is currently out of stock, please email us at kpccustomleather@gmail.com. We aim to respond to emails as soon as we can.

 

Returns

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind.
  • Belts and collars may be exchanged if the wrong size was purchased (this excludes custom orders). They must be in new, unmarked condition, and in original packaging. We will not cover shipping cost on incorrect size orders. 
  • On the rare occasion our products have a manufacturing fault, we will return or exchange the product and cover the shipping cost. If your product is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 14 days of your purchase.
  • We cannot provide returns or exchanges on custom orders, unless damaged/faulty.

 

Conditions For Returns

A return must fall under one of the following categories:

  • An item is damaged/faulty
  • An item does not match its description/purpose for which it was sold.

If you wish to return a product to us, the product must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original received condition. KPC Custom Leather will not be held liable for any misuse of a product or any damage caused by using a product for something other than its intended purpose.

Custom Items

Any items that incorporate changes to our original designs, such as initials, colours and stamping, are considered custom items.

All custom items require a non-refundable upfront payment to begin. Please keep in mind, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom orders (unless damaged/faulty). To enquire about custom orders, please email us at kpccustomleather@gmail.com.
